La visita a jardines y SkyPark debería aclarar mejor los horarios. Al reservar se pide elegir una hora, pero no se especifica hasta que recibes el ticket que es solo para el mirador, mientras que a los jardines se entra libremente todo el día. Esto provoca confusión: si se llega 15 minutos tarde al SkyPark se pierde la entrada. En mi caso tuve que recorrer los jardines antes y esperar más de dos horas en el mirador pues la idea era ver el sunset y la entrada la cogí a las 17:30.

The gardens and SkyPark visit schedules should be more clear. When booking, you're asked to choose a time, but it's not specified until you receive the ticket, which is only for the observation deck, while the gardens are free to enter all day. This causes confusion: if you arrive 15 minutes late to SkyPark, you lose your ticket. In my case, I had to explore the gardens beforehand and wait more than two hours at the observation deck because the idea was to see the sunset, and I got my ticket at 5:30 p.m.

We expected that the shuttle cart will take us around the entire garden but didn’t happen. We have to pay $10 per person to experience that. We missed a lot of nice places to explore for picture taking at least. The place was so amazing and breathtaking. Don’t miss it - worth of your time!
