Llegamos para recoger la tarjeta al mostrador de la terminal 3 y nos dicen que allí no encuentran nuestra reserva. Vamos al contador de la terminal 2 que es donde nos habían indicado y tampoco. Nos mandan a una tienda de ultramarinos de la terminal 2 y llega un chico vestido de paisano y nos manda otra vez al mostrador de la terminal 2. La chica nos confirma que ellos no gestionan esta reserva y al final no pudimos tener la tarjeta y tuvimos que comprar otra en la terminal.

Como se indica en la descripción de la actividad, esta tarjeta puede recogerse en las terminales 2, 3 y 4 del Aeropuerto Internacional Changi. De igual forma, el departamento de Atención al Cliente ya está gestionando la reclamación.
