Me enviaron una entrada cuyo código de barra no era reconocido por el parque . Tuve que llamar y gastar saldo . Perdí un poco más de una hora para resolver el tiempo. Tiempo importante para poder recorrer el parque. No volvería a comprar en Civitatis. El precio de la entrada es más caro que comprarlo en la misma boletería. Una lastimas. Al final enviaron otro ticket y me dejaron entrar, pero nadie me devolvió el tiempo perdido.

They sent me a ticket whose barcode was not recognized by the park. I had to call and spend balance. I lost a little over an hour to figure out the time. Important time to be able to tour the park. I would not buy from Civitatis again. The ticket price is more expensive than buying it at the same ticket office. A pity. In the end they submitted another ticket and let me in, but no one refunded my lost time.

Es el peor parque temático que existe en el mundo, no vayáis, es un sin sentido de principio a fin. Colas de 50 minutos para 30 personas, mitad del parque cerrado, es una basura.
