Cooking Class Details

We'll meet at the designated time at Crawford Lane to start our culinary adventure in Singapore.

First, we'll explore the stands at a local market to get fresh ingredients, diving into the aromas and colors that define Singapore's cuisine. We'll make the most of this stroll to discover how the locals choose the best products to prepare traditional dishes.

After the market, we'll enjoy a typical breakfast at a café. Afterward, we'll head to the cooking studio, where we'll be greeted by experienced chefs who will guide us step by step in preparing authentic local dishes.

We'll get to work and cook recipes like laksa, a spicy noodle soup with a coconut milk base, and ngo hiang, a delicious spiced meat roll. You'll also learn how to make desserts like kueh dadar, a pandan crêpe stuffed with grated coconut and palm sugar.

Among fires and laughter, the chefs will share culinary techniques and secrets of Singapore's rich gastronomical heritage. After cooking, we'll enjoy a banquet with the dishes we've prepared. A feast that will leave you wanting more!

After 2 hours of this culinary experience, we'll say our goodbyes.
