Me encanta Civitatis. Pero en esta ocasión hay que contarlo todo. Creíamos que nos llevaban directo y no era así... El punto de partida estaba más lejos de Universal que nuestro hotel. Mi recomendación es ir en taxi y comprar allí la entrada, si es con pass express mejor.

Parque temático dividido en varias áreas: Far Far Away, Madagascar, Hollywood, New York, Sci-fi City, Ancient Egypt y The Lost World. Tiene atracciones para todas las edades y gustos. El máximo tiempo que estuve esperando en una fila, fue de 45 minutos. Me pude montar en la mayoría de atracciones, incluso repetir en las que más me habían gustado. Muy recomendable.

En primera instancia, el transporte al parque fue buena pero al bajarnos el chofer nos indicó que nos deberían haber enviado el ticket para ingresar al parque, el cual nunca nos habían enviado. Estuvimos más de una hora comunicándonos con Civitatis (respondieron a la brevedad sugiriendo contactarnos con el proveedor) y el proveedor (no nos envió las entradas hasta una hora después). Perdimos una hora del parque y nos generó un malestar que no coincidía con el excesivo monto que pagamos.

At first, the transportation to the park was good, but when we got off the driver told us that they should have sent us the ticket to enter the park, which they had never sent us. We spent more than an hour communicating with Civitatis (they responded quickly suggesting we contact the provider) and the provider (they did not send us the tickets until an hour later). We lost an hour of the park and it made us feel uneasy, which did not match the excessive amount we paid.

No me quisieron pasar a buscar x donde estaba alojada, tuve que pagar un translado a parte a donde me hicieron ir (cuando yo contrate la excursion justamente por el translado) y cuando llego a donde me habian dicho ya se habian ido. Ahi los llamo y me dicen q vaya al otro punto, para el cual me tuve que tomar otro taxi, del cual no se hicieron cargo. Me salio mucho mas del doble todos los translados que me hicieron tomar, que haber ido a universal por mi cuenta. Malisimo servicio

They did not want to pick me up where I was staying, I had to pay for a transfer to the place where they made me go (when I contracted the excursion just for the transfer) and when I got to where they had told me they had already left. No nos dijeron porque puerta del hotel venían a recogernos, se presentaron 15 min más tarde, luego nos dejaron en un punto intermedio que nadie nos dijo nada y tuvimos que esperar otros 10 min a que viniera otro autobús más grande que nos llevaron ya por fin a Universal

La recogida en este tour se hace primero con un transporte para recoger a los clientes de sus hoteles en las distintas zonas y llevarles hasta el punto de coordinación, del cual se parte todos juntos para los estudios. Este día hubo bastantes hoteles donde recoger a los clientes y un tráfico denso, y vuestro hotel era la última parada, por eso motivo hubo unos 15 minutos de retraso en el horario indicado de recogida. Os pedimos disculpas por ello.
