The carrier never showed up at the Royal Plaza Hotel on scott which is the location we were instructed to be at 8:15.am. We waited gor 30 minutes and nobody showed up. We are asking full refund of the $117.80 USD we paid. THANKS

Non ci è stato detto che ci saremmo dovuti arrangiare da soli per quanto riguardava il ritorno. Scoperto sul posto. Tour con tempi molto ristretti

Nella descrizione dell'attività del nostro sito si specifica che il tour si conclude sull'isola di Sentosa e che, da lì, si deve tornare autonomamente al Monte Faber. Come indicato non è, pertanto, incluso il servizio di trasporto al punto di partenza.

Ya les hecho 2 veces el reclamo esta mañana en que nadie nos pasó a buscar al Hotel Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre, ubicado en 11 Cavenagh Road, Singapore. Después de habernos levantado a las 6:00 AM y de haber estado esperando desde las 8:00 que nos pasarían a buscar, no pasa nada a pesar de que también tenían nuestro celular. Después de que desde el hotel los llamaran, ya que nosotros solo hablamos español, les contestaron de que ellos habían pasado preguntando por CARLOS PUELMA

Sentimos los inconvenientes ocasionados. Nuestro departamento de atención al cliente ya ha gestionado una respuesta.
